| Proposal model |
Our concept is to create a large public space near the historical
buildings, connected with the existing green area, to invite people to
the old and merge it with the new. Our plan is to make the first floor
plan free to let people wander around and shelter.
We are
introducing one green axis and a second 'living', inner axis between two
strips of buildings, to create a safe, protected residential space. The
outer buildings are designed for official and commercial purposes. We
want to play with levels, axes and free greenery.

| Functions of proposed buildings |
We are introducing two kinds of paths in the city. One is the roads - not flexible, predesigned. Another way of communication is the greenery - organic, growing random like tree branches. Our project incorporates both of them, that's the reason why we make the first floor free. People can choose the way that they want to walk. We want to let them free - not control them.
